Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. Together with your booking confirmation and any written correspondence, they form the agreement between you and Crantock Escapes.

The person making the booking accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of the holiday party and is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with them.

By paying the booking deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable booking deposit equal to 25% of the total accommodation cost is required to secure all reservations.

The booking deposit forms part of the total holiday cost.

The remaining accommodation balance is due 56 days (8 weeks) before arrival and, where possible, will be collected automatically using the payment method provided at the time of booking.

For bookings made within 56 days (8 weeks) of arrival, the full accommodation cost is payable immediately at the time of booking.

A separate £100 refundable security deposit is payable at the time of booking.

If we are unable to collect the remaining balance by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable booking deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

Bookings may not be transferred, assigned or sublet without our prior written consent.

2. Refundable Security Deposit

A £100 refundable security deposit is payable at the time of booking.

The security deposit is separate from the accommodation payment and is held against damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions.

The refundable security deposit is separate from the non-refundable booking deposit.

The security deposit will normally be returned within 7 days of departure, provided the caravan has been left in good condition and no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions have occurred.

Reasonable deductions may be made where necessary to cover costs arising from damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other losses caused during the stay.

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details regarding cancellations, amendments, credits, and refunds.

Any requests to amend a booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning costs caused during their stay.

Any costs exceeding the refundable security deposit may be recovered from the lead guest.

Guests may use barbecues responsibly within designated safe outdoor areas and must ensure they are fully extinguished after use.

15. Right of Entry

We reserve the right to enter the accommodation where reasonably necessary for inspection, maintenance, repairs, emergencies, or to protect guests and property.

Where possible, notice will be given in advance.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, flooding, fire, utility failures, government restrictions, pandemics, industrial action, or park closures.

Subject to the above, Crantock Escapes shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to vehicles, personal belongings or valuables brought onto the property. Also travel disruption, missed connections, or indirect losses arising from a booking or stay.

19. Complaints

If you experience any issue during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Complaints raised after departure may be more difficult to investigate.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
