Refundable Security Deposit

Refundable Security Deposit – £100

A fully refundable £100 security deposit is required for all bookings.

The deposit is held as protection against accidental damage, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, or breaches of the booking terms during your stay.

Provided the holiday home is left in good condition and no issues are identified following departure, the full £100 security deposit will be refunded after inspection.

This deposit helps us maintain the quality of our accommodation and ensures every guest can enjoy a well-presented, carefully maintained holiday home during their stay at Crantock Escapes.

The security deposit is not an additional charge and is fully refundable subject to our booking terms and property inspection following departure.
